Quality recognition for your bed and breakfast
Is bed and breakfast quality assessment and recognition for me?
If your establishment has more of a homely atmosphere or less structured service than a traditional hotel, it may be that Bed and Breakfast quality recognition is more suited to your needs. Bed and Breakfast quality recognition includes B&Bs, Guest Accommodation, Inns and Restaurants with Rooms. However, if you choose to include the word ‘hotel’ in the name of your establishment then you must be assessed as a hotel.
Assessment levels
There are 3 different levels of assessment for Bed and Breakfasts:
- Quality Star Rating – receive a star rating from 3 to 5
- Quality Assessed – a full assessment with no star rating
- Visitor Ready – an entry-level digital accreditation scheme
