Is this the scheme for me?

This scheme is for any accommodation on a college or university site, with some aspects of communal living space. You can choose from two types of assessment: ‘approved’ or star rated. Our assessment will cover the public areas, the grounds of the building and the food service (where applicable) as well as the accommodation itself.

How to apply

• Download the information pack and review the Quality Standards relating to your scheme to find out more about what the assessor will be looking at when they come to assess your accommodation
• Contact us to get a quote for joining the scheme
• Download and complete the application form, and return it to us with your complete payment. We accept payment by credit/debit card, BACS, cheque or direct debit
