Located on the former World War II airfield of Winthorpe in eastern Nottinghamshire, Newark Air Museum is a diverse collection of 80 aircraft/cockpit sections that cover the history of aviation. Undercover displays include two aircraft display halls housing 55 aircraft and helicopters. We also display a diverse display of aviation artefacts and a collection of 30+ aero engines. On site there is an excellent cafe and an extensive shop, once described as “an aviation enthusiasts dream!”
