★★★★ Self-Catering
Built in the 1850s from local granite, this converted, three-level barn features tiled and wood floors, white walls, pine beams and black ironwork. Outside, the sunny patio looks across fields to the Malvern Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Locals pronounce the barn’s name as ‘ridd’, although in Wales it’s more like ‘reeth’, meaning crossing, in this case across the Severn.
