Is this the scheme for me?

The VisitEngland Passenger Boat Scheme was developed in collaboration with the Passenger Boat Association and British Marine, and offers accreditation to any operator offering tours or trips on England’s waterways.

All operators will receive a mystery visit from one of VisitEngland’s Quality Assessors who will look at the arrival and boarding procedure, safety advice and customer service throughout, as well as the quality of any commentary provided on board. The assessor will also share best practice from their experience with other similar operators, as well as support and advice to improve the business.
