On Portsmouth's seafront, by the model village, you'll find Cumberland House with its fine museum of natural history. Inside you'll discover the A-Z of Natural History, which features over 200 British and foreign insects, mammals, birds, fish, plants and fossils. There are also exhibits on local geology and natural habitats, as well as a busy beehive you can see inside, and a purpose-built butterfly house.
